Muffin CRAZE ......

Currently F9 has been crazy over muffins ..... why coz after bombarding ourselves wit loads of food during dinner our stomach seem to have space fer 2 muffins ...... hmmm well u can say we re "TAM CHIAK" in other better words .... We re storing up FATS fer WINTER lolxxx ...... but anyhow we had CORN MUFFIN yesterday and COFFEE MUFFIN today ..... lolxxx

Corn Muffin - Tis muffin was perfectly fine lolxx hahha very nice too however, we can never compare it to Kenny Rogers Muffin ..... on the positive side its better then nothing =)


Then today since we re so TAM CHIAK .... we made Coffee Muffin ..... however, it taste like "Kung Chai Peng" (Animal Shaped Biscuit) the ones we eat during MoonCake festival lolxxx ..... the reason behind it was coz .... it was super hard & it didnt rise at all coz we entirely forgot to add 3 teaspoons of BAKING POWDER ....


So the Moral of the story .... Remember to add BAKING POWDER when ur making MUFFIN o not u ll have Animal Shaped Biscuit to eat hahaha ...... as said by Rosie .... CAN KILL SUMONE IF U THROW AT THEM .......


Yeah almost forgot the BOSTON CHEESE CAKE .... yeah man i stood there n beat the egg til it was hard ..... bout 45 mins of machine work i did it wit my bare hands .... but then again it was all worth it ......
