Fried Chicken
Wow time flies & i m in my 3 rd week comming 4th week of class n guess wat in the following week i m suppose to hand in my introduction n i ve not done anything omg ......... anyhow i ve sorted out my topic wit my lecturer again haizz paiseh ...... ask him to check the review papers if i was on the right track o not hehe =) not cheating okie .....
Heheh yeap we managed to Fry Chicken y day hehhe wanna knoe how ask me =) Everything as we tot was well till Rosalind came out frm her room & check out if we were doin things alrite ..... Well the Chicken rice ...... ermmm okie la hehehe common we need sum credit too eh
What did i put inside?? well simple jus wash the rice put half a cube of chicken stalk, ginger and butter then cook the rice in the rice cooker lo simple =) But then the chicken required a little more then dat hehehe ...... Was suppose to break 2 eggs & dip the chicken into the egg then onto the flour but then leh .........
However cchungww being smarty pants didnt read the frying instructions sort of screwed up the batter before it was fried lolxxx ...... How we messed it up leh?? Actually we miss interpreted the instructions we broke 2 eggs & mixed it into the flour straight then only pour it over the chicken ....... lolxxx ..... ha na ha na laugh all u wan la ....... -_-" Well now i knoe why Rosalind wont let us cook hahaha ...... 3 ppl cook oso can do things wrongly haiseh ....... Anyway dats it fer now till i get my stuff sorted out ..... cchungww out !!
Bought tis flour frm Chung Ying its 86 p =P
Before Frying - Well it wasnt suppose to look like tis in the 1st place so ppl next time remember to read the instructions 1st ya even if u read already double check wit sumone hu knoes hahah lolxxx ..... Soree not gonna post the after frying picture out coz its jus too ugly & we didnt take any pic of it hehe =)
